Client management software keeps everything a practice knows about a client in one place: contact details, visit history, notes, forms, photos, and purchases. For spas and medspas it also has to hold health intake and consent, and keep clinical notes private.
At minimum: visit history across every provider, intake and signed consent, treatment notes, before-and-after photos, preferences, and any package or membership balance. Software by Jade keeps all of these on one profile.
It does the CRM job for a spa. Client profiles hold the history and preferences, checkout prompts the rebook, no-shows and cancellations get automatic follow-up, and happy clients get a review request after the visit.
Each team member has their own login, and access follows their role, so clinical notes stay with providers while the front desk sees what it needs. Records are encrypted, and every view and change is logged.
